Impartiality is not a slogan at Anavah — it is governed, documented and independently overseen. It is also the source of your certificate’s value.
1. Commitment
Anavah is committed to impartiality in all certification activities. Conflicts of interest are systematically identified, evaluated and managed.
2. The firewall with VISTA InfoSec
Anavah operates within the VISTA InfoSec group and discloses this openly. Anavah does not certify management systems for which the group has provided consultancy within the required cooling-off period. Personnel, decision-making and commercial incentives are separated so that no auditor or decision-maker benefits from a particular outcome.
3. Independent oversight
An independent Impartiality Committee safeguards the objectivity of certification decisions and reviews potential conflicts.
4. Alignment to international requirements
Our processes align to ISO/IEC 17021-1, and for AI management systems to the requirements for bodies certifying AIMS (ISO/IEC 42006).
5. No outcome is for sale
Certification decisions are never contingent on purchasing any other product or service, and are never predetermined.
